Dementia Friendly Wrexham

Dementia Friendly Wrexham is a small community group with the aim of creating a safe environment for those who are living with, or affected by Dementia in the local area.

Working in partnership with the local authority and other organisations, we want to raise further awareness of dementia, challenging the stigma that surrounds the disease and making sure that those who are affected by dementia are treated with dignity, respect and made to feel part of the community in which they live.
