Dementia Action Week is an awareness raising campaign headed up by Alzheimer’s Society.
This year the focus is on diagnosis and educating audiences on the most common symptoms of dementia.
Dementia Friendly Wrexham have partnered with National Trust Erddig, where we will hold our own awareness event for Wrexham.
